What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone if provided), profile information you choose to add, photos and videos you upload (including profile photos, your cover photo, and any Content Creator posts), messages sent through muviis, livestream video (processed in real time, not recorded by default), Muviis Coin purchase and spending history, booking details (dates, services, amounts), friend connections, and — for hosts and creators — a payout wallet address or wallet balance. We don't ask for government ID or biometric data.
How we use it
To operate bookings, payments, livestreaming, messaging, and Coin/Content Creator transactions between users; to review reported issues; and to communicate with you about your account and bookings. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), NOWPayments (crypto payment processing), and LiveKit (livestream video routing). A host sees a client's name and messages once a conversation or booking starts; clients see a host's public profile.
Public profile pages
If you claim a username, your public profile page (muviis.com/u/[username]) becomes visible to anyone with the link — including people who are not logged in and are not muviis members. This can include your name, photos, cover photo, bio, gallery, intro video, and any sections you've chosen to show. You control which sections appear from your profile settings, and can remove your username at any time to make the page unavailable again.
Friends visibility
If you enable the "Friends" section on your public profile, other signed-in muviis members can see the names and photos of your accepted friends there — this can include a friend's name and photo even if that friend hasn't made their own profile public. This section is on by default; you can turn it off at any time from your profile settings.
Age requirement
muviis is for adults only — you must be at least 18 years old to create an account, which you confirm when you sign up. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we'll close it and delete the associated data.
Your choices
You can update your profile information at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and data, email info@muviis.com — some records (e.g. completed bookings and payment history) may be retained longer where required for accounting or dispute records.
